TERMS: The schedule of a course can be modified or canceled according to the number of registrations received by the school. The persons concerned will be notified before the start of the course. We strongly advise you to put yourself a reminder in your calendar for the beginning of the courses.

UNEXPECTED DELAY

The departure of your group is scheduled at the time when registering your child. Departure will be on time. It is therefore strongly recommended that you arrive at the meeting point five to ten minutes in advance. If you have an unexpected event and are late for the start of your lesson, ask a supervisor for guidance to the appropriate lift to wait for your child's group at the bottom of the slope.

Reported courses

A class may be postponed due to weather conditions. In this case, we promise to make available the information the same morning from 7:00AM. When you have a doubt about the courses, you should consult the website of the station via the section of Snow conditions . In case of cancellation, this will be mentioned in the box of the Info of the day. Please note that there will be no message if the classes take place as usual. During a day when the weather is uncertain, it is your responsibility to do this check. In order to be quick and efficient, please use the web option instead of calling the School directly, while the phone lines may be clogged. Please note that canceled classes will be postponed to the weekend following the scheduled end of classes, up to a maximum of two times

Absence

You will not be able to resume a course you missed, regardless of the reason for your absence. If you have purchased a multi-visit card, you can still enjoy the ski day at a later time. If you know that your child will not be attending the next class, please inform the teacher in advance. If the absence occurs in the morning (illness, unexpected), it is not You do not have to contact us at the School of Sports but you are welcome to do it if it is a 1 ratio ratio lesson for 2 children.

Meeting place

During class days, panels with group numbers will be installed in the assembly park. This is where your child can meet his instructor and the rest of his group. The group numbers will be shown on lists posted at the School and at the assembly park during the first weekends of classes. In addition, during the first week, instructors and mountain guides will be present inside and on the field to direct you to the right place. End of lesson and evaluation

At the end of each lesson, you must pick up your child at the place of departure (sign indicating the group number) . For security reasons, it is mandatory to notify the instructor when you leave with your child.
 In the penultimate lesson of the season your child's skills will be assessed in the mountains by a supervisor. The purpose of this evaluation is to establish the level reached by your child at the end of the season and to classify him at the appropriate level for the next season. Each child will receive a written evaluation explaining the level reached. If you need to be away this weekend, it is important to inform your child's monitor so that he can plan his assessment for the following week.
 Evaluation books can be picked up at the school desk until the station closes. Unclaimed notebooks at this time will not be retained.

A hot dog party will be held for all children and families enrolled in seasonal programs during Week 10 from 11:30AM to 1:00PM

Multi-visit card

The ski ticket is mandatory at all times for access to the mountain, so make sure you have the multi-visit card of your child so that he can participate in his lesson. Also be sure to sign the risk consent form. You will receive the necessary papers to retrieve the ski pass and the form at the time of registration. If you have registered by phone or online, you will receive them in an email.
You must go to the customer service counter with a copy of your bill to obtain the multi-visit card. It is only at this counter that you can collect your multi-visit card purchased with the School of Sports (compulsory card for 7 years and over and optional for 6 years old and under). It is advisable to pick her up before the first class to avoid waiting and delays. Visits used outside class days will not be reimbursed. In case of loss or theft of the card, a $20 fee will be charged for obtaining a new card.

Parent Package

Multi-visit cards are offered exclusively to parents with a child enrolled in our seasonal programs. Non-transferable, non-refundable and valid for the current season only.

Group change

Equipment rental for the season

It is possible to rent ski or snowboard equipment for young people registered in seasonal programs for only $149 + taxes before December 1st. Limited quantities.

Photos

There will be a group photo of your child during the first few weeks of classes. The photos will be sold near the counter of the Snow School. Cash only.

Refund policy

We apply the law on the protection of the consumer: an amount will be deducted for the courses followed as well as 10% of the total value of the program.
