Breathtaking view on the slopes, diversified types of cuisine and an expanded wine list await you at the Feu Follet restaurant. The warm maple and rosemary duck breast is simply delicious, as is the tasty scallops on an olive’s risotto. Try out the veal sweetbreads, which literally melt in your mouth. Delectable breakfasts and brunches are also served 5 days/week before noon and are very popular. (Open from Wednesday morning to Sunday afternoon in winter, 7 days for Christmas and Spring Break weeks, and with reduced menu in summer.)
Next door, the Quatre-Foyers bar offers a great pub menu, starring a crab cake burger, a carbonara orzo with broccoli and of course, the traditional and copious nachos, beloved by skiers and riders. A live band heats up the place every Friday night (10:30pm) during winter season and 5 to 7 entertainment takes place every Saturday. Be there when the dance floor crowds up and ski-shots abound!
Please note that the summer schedule starts on June 29th. The bar is open some Thursdays until then with a simple and friendly food service, as well as deals on drinks. Check out our Facebook page for details. Next Thursday opening : June 29th.
